Country Manager for ILT Norway
ILT Education is a comprehensive provider of digital learning resources for preschools and schools. Our goal is to offer all students an equal education. We are currently in an exciting development phase as we are rapidly growing internationally and we have plans for further geographical expansion. To increase the pace of our continued development, we are now looking for a Country Manager for Norway who can ensure that we continue to grow our Norwegian market.

As a Country Manager, this means that in practice you work 70% with sales during our start-up phase.
As a Country Manager, however, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey in your region, i.e. sales, marketing, customer support and customer success with specialist support from the Global Sales Director, Global Head of Marketing and Global Head of Support. In Norway, we currently have a team of three people, one of whom works with marketing, who all report to you.
Who are you?
We are looking for a driven and committed person who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of an expanding business. To succeed in the role of Country Manager, you should have a high sales drive and believe that the sales and the marketing department should be fully integrated to achieve the joint set goals. You are results-oriented and get things done, both by leading others but also by getting your hands dirty yourself. We believe that you want to inspire, coach and support your team to deliver based on the budget.
We are looking for some who:
- Is a strong leader who is able to work collaboratively but is also happy to contribute as a team member
- Has a great passion for sales
- Speaks Norwegian and English
- Likes statistics, data, analysis and follow-up
- Has experience from the EdTech industry – preferably in Norwegian primary and lower secondary school and / or preschool.
- Has a great interest in monitoring trends and developments in the outside world (competitors etc)
- Will work together with our product development to ensure that the products are in line with market demand and requirements
You are responsible for:
- The sales budget in the region
- The Norwegian team
- The whole customer journey
